UAE’s Dubizzle has announced its acquisition of Egypt’s Hatla2ee without disclosing the value.

More to Know:

• Hatla2ee was founded in 2016 by Samy Swellam and provides a marketplace where users can buy and sell new and used cars.
• The acquisition will help Dubizzle strengthen its presence in Egypt, especially with its ownership of the real estate platform, Bayut.
• In May 2024, Dubizzle acquired Drive Arabia, UAE’s automotive-focused media and reviews platform.
