Salla, the Saudi e-commerce giant, has acquired Sweply, a Saudi-based digital advertising platform. Neither party disclosed the value.

  • Last year, Sweply announced it had closed a $2 million seed round with the participation of Salla.
  • Sweply will be rebranded as “Salla Ads” becoming the official advertising solution within Salla’s ecosystem, and its team will join Salla as a result of the acquisition.
