UAE-based Octa has raised a $2.25 million Pre-Seed round led by Quona Capital and Sadu Capital, with participation from Sukna Ventures, Global 500, Plus VC, and angel investors.

Why it Matters? Octa expanded to Saudi Arabia with Sadu and Sukna investments.
