KSA’s Lucidya Raises $30M Series B Round

Lucidya, a Saudi Arabia-based AI-powered CXM management platform, has secured $30 million in a Series B round led by Impact46, with participation from Wa’ed Ventures, Takamol Ventures, SparkLabs Group, and Rua Growth Fund.

  • The round will be used to expand its AI Agents offering to enhance customer experience.
  • Founded by Abdullah Asiri in 2016, and then joined by Hatem Kameli and Zuhair Khayyat.
