UK’s Pinewood Acquires Seez for $42M

UK-based, Pinewood, has announced its acquisition of UAE-based Seez for approximately $42 million (£33.3 million), according to the company’s disclosure in the stock markets today.

More to Know:

  • Seez was founded by Tarek Kabrit and Andrew Kabrit in 2015.
  • In September 2024, Seez had announced an investment of $4.2 million from Pinewood.
  • The acquisition deal will encompass 99.09% of the remaining shares in the company, with the transaction expected to be finalized on March 19, 2025.
  • Seez is a SaaS platform offering AI Chatbot and e-commerce and omnichannel products to car dealer groups worldwide.
