Pieship Secures $2.1M Seed Round

Pieship, a Saudi logistics startup, has declared to ZTO that it has a $2.1 million Seed fund led by Nama Ventures, with the participation of Seedra Ventures and angel investors.

  • Nasser AlHarthi, Mosaad AlHarthi, and Mohamed Mohsen founded Pieship in late 2023.
  • Pieship is a last-mile delivery with AI-driven solutions and a crowdsourced driver network.
  • According to the company, the funds will be used to support its expansion plans into 7 major cities in Saudi Arabia; including Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Khobar, Qassim, and Khamis Mushait.
  • The funds will also help it develop new AI tracking and management solutions.
