Nana Acquires Rasseed

The Saudi e-commerce platform, Nana, announced that it had acquired Rasseed, a Saudi digital cards platform.

Why it Matters? Nana is expanding to more e-commerce markets after groceries.

Nana was founded in 2016 by Sami AlHelwah, AbdulMajeed AlSukhan, and Ahmed AlSamani.
Mohammed AlAsta’a was also founded Rasseed in 2016.
The acquisition will help Nana to expand into new markets.
The platform will start selling digital cards directly through its app.
